Whole 30 - Round 2
We know, cue the eye roll. "Another Whole 30?"
This time we are putting 100% into this round, we promise. We have big changes in the books for this year of 2018 and we have to work towards it. We are going to keep up our activity level and Reiko has signed up for a second Half Marathon. We will share with you some of what we do, and let us know any tips, we will take any help we can get!
No, we are not fitness guru's and no we do not eat healthy all the time. We enjoy good food and drinks from time to time...actually we LOVE food! We do try tend to eat good whole foods but sometimes we just want a burger. For us we don't want to shove "we work out and eat healthy" in your faces because its just not true. Yes we like to stay active but we will not lie to you and say we do that everyday all day long. Eat a piece of pizza once in awhile, and enjoy it! The only reason we are doing another round of Whole 30 is because we feel like we need a "reset". We remember how amazing we felt after the first round and it triggered the urge to take on the challenge again.
