Naan Pizza

A few months ago Tyler and I got really into Indian food. I had never really had it and now I am officially obsessed. The one thing Tyler and I find every way to eat is Naan. Garlic Naan is so good, if you haven’t tried it…go get some. This is our new favorite, Friday night (or any night) Pizza recipe. It is perfect to use the leftovers you have from the week!

This is are grilled chicken naan pizza!

Need:

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce (We love Rao’s Brand)

  • 1/4 cup Artichoke Hearts

  • 1/2 cup Spinach

  • 8 sliced Kalamata Olives (love olives like us? Put more!)

  • 1/2 cup Fat-Free mozzarella

  • 1 small Shallot

  • Grilled Chicken (used our leftover from the night before’s dinner)

  • 1 small Sliced Tomato

TO DO:

Preheat oven to 550 (as hot as your oven will go)

Bake for 8-10 minutes
