Winter in Boston

Last night I came home after a super long day, it was negative degrees (here in Boston, it has been brutal) and I was tired. All I thought about is how amazing would it be to have my favorite pasta, pesto and cheese? The good thing was that I had meal prepped for days like this, I don't want to put any effort in so I do not want to cook. I had a jar of sweet potato and cauliflower soup. I have a cup of that to warm my freezing bones and made a delicious side salad with marinated onions, avocado and shredded pork. Easy, made it through the tired road block...then off to bed!

Coming from weeks of amazing food...the idea of eating eggs and meat everyday didn't really appeal to me. BUT, I said going 2018 is going to be my year of taking better care of my body so I am doing it.
