Leftover Ham and Pineapple Pizza

We had so much leftover ham from Christmas, so before our Whole 30 adventure begins we decided to put it to good use. This super simple and on the lighter side pizza was the perfect Saturday night dinner.

Ingredients: 

  • Store Bought Pizza Dough (you can use whatever dough you like.)
  • 3/4 cup Diced Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic 
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella 
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can San Morzano whole peeled Tomatoes

Preheat oven at 500 F.

Stretch Pizza dough to fit pan, brush dough with a little bit of Olive Oil. Take as many whole Tomatoes (depending on how saucy you would like) roughly chop and spread evenly with some of the sauce. Next, just sprinkle ingredients evenly over the dough. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
