Lemon Roasted Chicken with Lemon CousCous

Tyler is the master at making roasted Chicken. I also have been obsessed with Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) since I was little. She makes a killer chicken. I think I knew i had to marry Tyler when he first made me a whole roasted chicken. I never liked chicken until I met Tyler, I was so used to dry and tough meat that I never craved it. Now, thats our go to meal. 

This is a spin off of Ina's skillet lemon chicken. We had it with a simple side of lemon couscous and it was perfect.
