Grass Fed Steak Burrito Bowls
This weekend was a cold and cozy one, we wanted to do lots of errands but ended up just relaxing. We rarely have a weekend "plan free" so we try to take advantage when the opportunity comes about. This Sunday we wanted to make a easy and yummy dinner (this can also be Whole 30.)
Tyler has a subscription to Walden Local Meat which I of course thought was a very strange idea, a meat subscription? It has actually been a great box to receive every month, so we put the grass fed steak to work.
Ingredients
- Grass Fed Steak
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Lime
- Tomatillo's
- Rice (Whole 30ers, cauliflower rice)
- Salad (your choice)
- Avocado Oil/Olive Oil
- Jalapeño
The rest of what you add in, is totally up to you. Tyler had Cheese, Jalapeño and lots of the Tomatillo Sauce. It is an easy meal with lots of leftovers!
