Summer Bbqing - Whole 30

Bbqing season is our favorite time of the year! We just discovered the Whole 30 BBQ sauce and it is delicious! This round of Whole 30 we are finding so many really great and yummy products. This one is definitely a great find that we will for sure be using after Whole 30!

NEED:

  • Chicken Thighs or Breast

  • Artichoke

  • Lemon (cut into wedges)

  • New Primal Whole 30 BBQ Sauce (they have different heat levels)

DO:

  1. Cut artichoke in half and remove center

  2. Heat a pot of water to a boil, add artichoke halves and lemon wedges

  3. Cover and steam for about 15-20 min

  4. Preheat grill to medium

  5. Salt & Pepper chicken, place on grill and cook for about 5 min each side

  6. Once chicken is browned on both sides brush bbq sauce, and cook an additional 5 minutes each side (until internal temp reaches 165 F). Keep adding BBQ sauce to your liking

  7. EAT AND ENJOY! Another new favorite is the Garlic Aioli mayo from Primal Kitchen. So good with these artichokes!
