Blue Apron is Partnering with WHOLE 30

 

During this first week I stuck to really easy and basic meals because it was a busy work week. Even during the most chaotic weeks, there are easy Whole 30 recipes. We were so excited that Blue Apron teamed up with Whole 30, so we are giving it a try. WE LOVE IT. The recipes can be a little time consuming but they are delicious. It has been so great to come home and chose from the two Whole 30 meals ready to cook! This was our first delivery week and it was suprisingly good!

Togarashi Chicken Lettuce Cups

with Orange & Radishes

Ingredients

  • 10 OZ Ground Chicken
  • 2 Carrots
  • 4oz Cremini Mushrooms
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Head Butter Lettuce
  • 3 Oz Red Radish
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Togarashi Seasoning 

Togarashi Seasoning

2 Parts Ground Sweet Paprika

2 Parts Ground Hot Paprika

2 Parts Dried Orange Peel

2 Parts Whole Poppy Seeds

1 Part Toasted White Sesame Seeds

1 Part Black Sesame Seeds


Mexican-Spiced Barramundi

with Kale, Sweet Potato, & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Skin on Barramundi fillets
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lime 
  • 1 Clementine
  • 1 Jalepeno 
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 2 Tbsp Pepitas
  • 1 Tbsp Mexican Spices 

    Equal Parts:

    Garlic Powder

    Ancho Chile Powder

    Smoked Paprika

    Ground Cumin

    Dried Mexican Oregano
