Smoothie Time

East Coast heat is no joke, and it has barely started! We are definitely not complaining because the warm weather has been a great change in pace! While we both continue to work from home, we get to eat our lunches outside with our dog Hazel and it has been very nice!

The best way for me to cut the humidity and killer sun has been smoothies! Smoothie bowls have been a new thing for me, I never was into them but now I realize I get to just top a smoothie with more things!

Easy Banana/Blueberry Smoothie

  1. Frozen Banana

  2. Frozen Blueberries

  3. Coconut Cream

  4. Orange Juice or Coconut water

Acai Bowl

  1. Whole Foods Acai packet (I discovered these a few weeks ago and they are delicious! Found in the frozen section)

  2. Frozen blueberries

  3. Frozen Banana

  4. Almond milk

Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl (top with whatever you like!)

  1. Vega Protein Powder

  2. Frozen Blueberries

  3. Frozen Strawberries

  4. Frozen Bananas

  5. Dates

  6. Almond milk
