Roasted Chicken with Beets

ROASTED BEETS

NEED:

  • 1 bunch beets

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Fresh Thyme

TO DO:

Preheat oven to 400

Peel and quarter beets

Toss with olive oil, salt & pepper, chopped fresh thyme

Roast for 1 hr




ROASTED CHICKEN LEG

NEED:

  • 2 Chicken legs, skin on

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Paprika 

  • Thyme 

  • Rosemary 


TO DO:

Pre heat oven to 400

Season legs on both sides with Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Thyme and Rosemary

Roast Chicken for 1hr until internal temp reaches 165
