No More Whole 30 - WE EAT PIZZA!

We made it through the second Whole 30! IT WAS HARD! We could not be more excited to yes have made it through another Whole 30, but we really just needed to celebrate with homemade pizza. Tyler won me over with pizza, he never fails with pizza.

This one we kept classic and simple. Totally not Whole 30 but so satisfying!

What you need: 

  • Pizza Dough (we buy the dough at our store, we usually do plain but sometimes we do the herb infused.) 
  • Cheese (whatever you prefer) 
  • Red onion
  • Black Olives
  • Mushrooms 
  • Green Peppers
  • San Marzano Tomatos

What you Do:

The first thing we did was make the pizza sauce, its super simple. Place San Marzano Tomatoes in a mason jar with salt, pepper, oregano and blend together. Then stretch the dough out, Tyler covers the dough with olive oil. This makes the dough stretch easier and crispy! Spread sauce and sprinkle toppings and cheese. Pre heat oven has high as it goes, we did 550, then bake for about 10 min. Or as Tyler says golden brown and delicious!
