Roasted Chicken, Cauliflower Puree and Artichokes
Tyler can look at our fridge and take what we have and make an amazing meal. I look at our sad (only Whole 30) ingredients and see NOTHING. Tyler make this delicious, filly and flavorful meal just from what we had. I know that shouldn't be hard to do but my brain does not work that way.
We LOVE cauliflower puree, but it all comes down to what you put in it. It can be really bland if you don't season it well. We have become obsessed with this new brand of GHEE. For this cauliflower puree we put in the California Garlic Ghee...and it was delicious!
What You Need:
- Chicken Legs
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lemon
- Red Onion
- 2 stalks of Celery
- Ghee
